Well I don’t know about a tumbler alone being the key, but being hydrated has never been “cooler” than now! High end temperature controlled tumblers, like Stanley are all the rage for all ages. That’s a trend I can support, because it encourages health and hydration as well. Carrying around your new sheik and trendy tumbler while sipping your water is contributing to good health!

Staying hydrated is important for optimal function of your body. Water is more than something to quench your thirst. Here are a few examples of what I mean…..stiff joints, dry skin, low energy, poor digestion…are all things that can improve with water consumption. So if it is so good for us why aren’t we all drinking tumblers of water everyday? Well, let’s face it, drinking water doesn’t come easy to alot of people. No worries….you know I’ve got hacks!

My favorite hack goes beyond just sticking a lemon in some water. Load your favorite tumbler up with any fruit that you love. My favorite combo that not only helps with hydration, but also bloating is: a lemon wedge, 2 ginger slices, 2 slices of cucumber and a sprig of mint. Or a lemon wedge, an orange wedge and strawberries. Another option I love for a hot and cold option is my homemade ginger tea. Click here for the recipe here. The possibilities are endless. What’s most important is to make one of these delicious loaded waters to your taste, so that you will drink it!

Another hack is carrying around a water bottle or tumbler that you love and that keeps your drink the temperature you like to drink it! Now, I love a good tumbler and found some really adorable ones to add to my fleet of water bottles.

I just might have to put the Coach Michele water bottle down to grab one of these three. Which do you like best? The Yeti? The hydro flask or the coveted Stanley?

Go Crush It!
